Will I know which invoices have been paid?
Yes. Every invoice is marked as pending or paid, with its payment date, and the charts show outstanding payments by age.
And Verifactu?
We're getting it ready so it's in place before Spain's Verifactu e-invoicing law becomes mandatory: 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for the self-employed. Every invoice will carry its QR code and digital fingerprint, and the record will be sent to the tax authority from the app.

Can I create quotes?
Yes, quotes live in the same invoicing tab.
Can I create invoices straight from the work done on each property?

Is invoice numbering automatic?
