Encrypted in transit
Everything that leaves your phone or computer for the servers is encrypted over HTTPS. Nobody can read it on the way, not even on public Wi-Fi.
Encrypted at rest
Your data is also stored encrypted on Google's servers. The database, functions and file storage are all encrypted at rest.
Servers in Europe
The app's database and processes run in Google's European region, in Belgium. Your data isn't sitting on a phone that can get lost or broken.
Security certificates
The Google platform we use, Firebase, has passed ISO 27001 and SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 audits, the international standards for information security.
Anti-bot protection
Only the real app can connect to your data: Google uses reCAPTCHA to check that every connection comes from Natura Viva and not from a bot.
Closed files
Photos and documents can't be downloaded from outside the app: access rules shut the door on any direct request.

A management app holds sensitive information: your invoices, your tax details and your clients'. With Natura Viva, security comes as standard, with nothing for you to set up. Here's what it does for you:
Encrypted data: all your information is encrypted in transit and stored in Google's cloud (Firebase), not left loose on a phone.
Backups: export all your data whenever you like and keep it somewhere safe.
Protected access: everyone logs in with their own username and password; no outsider can access your information.

Each employee sees only what you allow
Not everyone on your team needs to see the same things. In Natura Viva you decide, worker by worker, what they can see and do: mark tasks, log hours, see purchases… The sensitive stuff —invoicing, accounting and your tax details— is admin-only and your team never sees it.
Plus, time records are tamper-proof: once someone clocks in, the entry can't be edited or deleted, just as Spanish law requires.
GDPR compliance and backups
Natura Viva processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can see how it’s handled in the website’s privacy policy. And because the information is yours, you can download a full backup of all your data at any time —invoices, clients, properties, purchases— and keep it wherever you like: it’s your safety net if you ever need to restore something.

Can my workers see the invoicing?
No. Invoicing and accounting are reserved for management.
